Dear guest!
We warmly welcome you to our site and wish you many sunny days and a pleasant stay. So that all our guests feel comfortable on the campsite and can use the facilities unhindered, we ask you to avoid everything that affects the community, the peace, the Could disturb the peace and order on this campsite. We therefore ask you to adhere to the following site regulations.
1. Fees
The site rules apply to all camping guests (permanent and temporary guests) as well as to all other visitors to the campsite. By entering the site, the camping guest or visitor accepts these site rules and the relevant legal or official provisions without reservation.
2. Arrival - registration - occupancy
Access to the campsite is only permitted to arriving campsite guests and their companions after registering at the reception. The owner and other employees of the site are entitled to inspect identification documents in accordance with existing official regulations. The overnight stay is to be paid in cash on arrival, cannot be paid so access to the site can be forbidden by the owner or authorized employees. The city of Ziegenrück receives visitor's tax per overnight stay in accordance with the current statute notice at the reception. According to the statutes, every guest has to fill out a registration card and pay the amount according to the statutes in cash when registering (see current price list). He receives a guest card for use in the surrounding area - see reservoir bonus.

Newly arriving camping guests are instructed from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. in the season (1.4.-30.10.). Guests who arrive during the absence of the campsite owner, please register by phone. After completing the registration, the guest will be assigned a parking space. If you have any questions, the owner can also be reached by phone according to the contact details. Visitors also have to register before entering the square. The visitor is the one who enters the square without wanting to spend the night, regardless of whether the visit lasts for a short time or a whole day. The visitors who want to stay overnight with permanent campers with a valid parking contract have to pay a fee according to the valid price list. The parking space owner or a person named in the parking space contract must be present. Visitors are not allowed to drive on the site with their vehicle; the parking lot with the applicable fees according to the price list at the registration desk is to be used. The parking space owner is responsible for and has to ensure that his visit is properly registered and that the visitor also behaves in accordance with the site regulations.
4. Fees
The camping and other fees are based on the current price list of the campsite, which is displayed at the reception. The owner reserves the right to add a surcharge to the number of people in oversized tents. The currently valid parking space contract applies to long-term campers.
5. Electricity and water supply
If electricity is required, the respective meter reading is recorded and noted in writing on arrival at the parking space. On departure, the owner or a qualified employee will determine the current status. The fee is based on the current price list for the site. From the point of delivery, the guest is responsible for the power connection. Pitches without a meter have the option of receiving a power connection for a daily flat rate of € 3 - no electrical heating devices are allowed here. The connection or removal of the power cord is only permitted by the owner or a qualified employee. There is a separate emptying and cleaning room for camping toilets in the lower sanitary building. Water can be drawn from the lower sanitary building in small quantities in a canister or watering can. Filling and emptying of motorhome tanks is not possible. Water withdrawal at the sanitary building is reserved exclusively for tourist guests, long-term parking space owners please use the water connections on the parking space.
6. Peace of mind
The night's rest from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. in the season and the midday rest from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. must be observed. Any noise should be avoided during this time. Sound devices are only allowed inside the caravans / tents / bungalows, even outside the rest periods, and may only be used at caravan / bungalow / tent volume. Restricted driving behavior on the campsite applies during the rest periods, after 22:00 there is a driving ban. For arrivals / departures during the rest period, please park the cars in the parking lot at the reception. Repair work or renovation work is only permitted outside of the season.
7. Fire regulations
Open fires in containers less than 40 cm are not permitted on the campsite. A suitable grill must be used conscientiously for grilling on the pitch. Fires on the ground / meadow are not permitted, the use of fire barrels / bowls / grill must not cause any damage to the lawn. Only devices that comply with the regulations are to be used for cooking and heating purposes. Devices that use electricity or gas in caravans must be verifiably tested in accordance with the statutory provisions. The evidence must be presented on request. It is also important to pay attention to the current forest fire risk level and to adhere to the rules accordingly.
8. Playground
Use of the playground including all play equipment is at your own risk. Games (including all ball games) are only permitted on the designated playground. Play equipment such as table tennis accessories, balls or board games can be borrowed against a deposit in the registration.
The playground is closed from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m., during the midday break between 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. we ask you to use it quietly with consideration for nearby guests.
9. Parking spaces
The parking space is rented as viewed. It is not permitted to provide caravans / tents with permanent extensions, fences, hedges and permanent enclosures. Any change to the parking space, in particular the drawing of trenches, its processing and planting as well as the setting up of plant containers is prohibited. The roots of the trees must not be damaged. It is important to ensure that no one is endangered or bothered by tent pegs, cords or other tent accessories. Cars from campers / caravans are parked in the parking lot at the registration, not on the parking space. No parceled parking spaces are allocated on the tent field, the parking spaces are allocated upon arrival and depend on the size of the tent. The tent meadow and the meadow in the permanent camper area cannot be driven on by car / motorcycle or similar. On the tent meadow there is a covered table and a fire / grill area which is available for all camping guests to use.
10. Trees
Damage to trees, bushes and plants is prohibited.
11. General
Motor vehicles of all kinds are only allowed to drive on the designated paths at walking pace. The path through the square is to be kept free, as it is a thoroughfare. The parking lot at the registration is to be used. In the interests of environmental protection, especially because of the risk of water pollution, a bucket should be placed under the caravan to collect the waste water or the waste water should be emptied at the individual disposal systems. Camping toilets may only be emptied in the designated sink (lower sanitary building). Waste is to be separated. Raw materials such as paper, glass, plastic, metal are to be disposed of in the recycling containers provided for this purpose or in the yellow sack, the residual waste in the bin provided for this purpose. Failure to separate your trash may incur charges for trash bags. Permanent parking space owners and their visitors pay a fee for the disposal of residual waste - see price list at the reception. Yellow bags from permanent parking space owners are to be placed at the entrance to the campsite according to the dates. Only rubbish that has accumulated on the site may be disposed of. You have to dispose of coarse waste or defective camping items yourself. It is forbidden to wash vehicles or caravans on the site. It is possible to purchase gas bottles on site (Tyczka gas). For prices, please refer to the current price list. The camping site must always be kept in order by the camping guest. The owner is entitled to ask guests to dispose of any rubbish or other items lying around their caravan / tent / bungalow. According to the parking space contract, permanent parking space owners have to maintain the area surrounding their parking space.
12. Pets
Pets are to be announced upon reservation or upon arrival, one dog or one cat is allowed per pitch. Dogs are not allowed on the tent field on Ascension Day / Whitsun or July / August. Pets are generally not permitted in the rental accommodation. There is a fee according to the price list to be paid. Dogs are not allowed to run around freely; they must be on a leash on the entire site, including in the parking area. Pet owners must ensure that the animals do not contaminate the campsite. Any contamination must be removed immediately by the animal owner. Great importance is attached to absolute tranquility. The owner of the pitch is liable for damage caused by pets.
13. Carrying out a trade
The exercise of gainful employment, in particular a trade, and the establishment of an independent residence on the site by camping guests, their companions or by visitors is not permitted. It is prohibited to sublet a pitch / bungalow / camping car / tent.
14. Sanitary facilities
The sanitary facilities must be kept clean. Any contamination must be removed immediately by the person who caused it. Keys for the use of the sanitary facilities are handed out at the reception and must be returned on departure. The keys are not to be given to other campsite guests. The duplication of keys is prohibited. Only campsite guests and visitors who have paid an overnight stay fee or who have used catering offers are entitled to use it. Otherwise a fee according to the price list has to be paid. The washing machine and dryer can be used after instruction, the use of the laundry area is only possible upon request at the reception. You will receive a separate key for the baby change room for the duration of your stay. Camping toilets are only to be emptied and cleaned in the space provided. At the lower sanitary building there is a washing facility and a water extraction point for the use of all tourist guests.
15. Domiciliary rights
The owner is entitled to refuse entry and admission of people or to expel people from the site if this is necessary to maintain order on the site or in the interests of the camping guests.
16. Liability
We are only liable for damage of any kind suffered by camping guests or visitors to the campsite if the damage was caused intentionally or through gross negligence by the campsite operator. Each camping guest and visitor is liable to the site owner for all personal, property, financial and other damage caused by him and his relatives (including cars). The site users are liable to every other camping guest and their relatives in the same way.
17. Validity
These campsite rules apply immediately. It can be changed at any time.
